the north koreans have already considered stopping the united states from entering the nuclear facilities in exchange for food. although predictable why do you think this happened. put yourself in thteir leaders shoes and logic out their reasoning.
i believe that the koreans have just simply decided they do not need the enemies help or supervision. it is a hostile place and it seems as if the new leader is still nervous about running things and second guessing himself.
